Nicole Lane Architectural Design Studio is based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, and works with clients across the UK. The studio was founded by Nicole Lane, an architectural designer with over 15 years of experience spanning both large corporate housebuilder PLCs and independently owned development companies.
That background is unusual — and it matters. Most architectural designers work at one end of the scale or the other. Nicole has led outline planning applications for 300-home schemes and designed individual kitchen extensions with the same rigour and personal commitment. The result is a studio that genuinely understands both worlds: the strategic complexity of residential development and the very personal nature of improving your home.
